Workflow
A new Workflow capability has been added to Apollo. This new capability can be used to curate newsletters, save articles to be read later, manage a work queue across multiple people, or manage document approval processes.
Workflows allow you to attach a personal status to a specific document. You can then use that status to find all documents with that status as part of a channel definition, giving you ways to categorize and save documents for future reference.
Personal Workflows can be created by clicking on Workflow in the top menu and then Create Workflow.
You can add as many states as necessary and assign specific colors to each workflow state. Once you turn the workflow on for a channel or news view, you can use the workflow to assign a state to individual articles.
