The enableClusters option controls whether or not the Article Card shown in the News Feed will include the option to Show the Article Cluster for each Article shown. This option will either show the Retrieve Cluster Icon () or not in the lower right corner of the Article Card.
Widget Editor Tip: When you initially select any widget with this option, it will be off, but since the default is True, you will need to turn it on, look at the widget, go back and then turn it off so that you force the enableFilters paramater into the URL with the value of false.
