Workflow State

A Workflow State is the current setting for an article when you are using a workflow.

States are set up when you create a workflow as part of the definition.

When a workflow is part of a news feed, you will see the current state of the workflow for each article.

Workflow - Assigned

Clicking on the current state allows you to change the state to any of the other workflow states. You can then use the setting for the workflow state in channel definitions or when filtering a news feed with the workflow active.
