The Typically Excluded - All entity is used to roll up entities that normally should not be included in a news feed. Violent Crimes, Stock Market Comments, Sports, Company Filings, and Analyst Ratings are examples of entities included in this roll-up.
This entity can be used as part of a not box in a channel definition to reduce extra articles from being included in the channel news feed.
