FTS Apollo™ Product Release Bulletin - September 26, 2022
Introduction
FTS Apollo™ and RegLens® has added a Newsletter capability that gives you the ability to publish in Newsletter Format, emails reflecting the top stories contained in a channel. Newsletters can be themed with your logo and colors and can include a link to a Newsletter Landing Page that gives your recipients an interactive page to review, search and analyze the news articles contained in your newsletter channel.
Creation
Newsletters are easy to create. All you have to do is create a channel that you want to use to provide articles for the Newsletter. Once you have the channel ready, you can designate:
- The number of articles you want to publish
- The logo and colors you want to use
- Whether or not you want to send the newsletter if there are no new articles available to publish
Scheduling
There are flexible options for scheduling the delivery of your newsletter, including daily, weekly, monthly, and annual schedules.
Landing Page
An interactive landing page can be included as part of your newsletter package. A link to the landing page can be placed at the end of your newsletter giving the recipient access to articles in the newsletter, any additional articles that could not be published where there are more articles available than room to publish in the newsletter, and additional filtering and analytics options.
