Reglens - Obligation

An Obligation is something that the firm is responsible for doing based on the published rules and laws of the jursidiction in which the company operates. Obligations are determined by reading the laws and rules and making sure that all new Developments are reviewed and analyzed for any new or changed Obligations.

In the RegLens® Application, Obligations are assigned to individual Developments based on the References found when the Development was analyzed.
