Horizon Scanning involves the monitoring of Regulatory Agencies from around the world for Developments that are published on their websites.

Typically, Horizon Scanning involves the following steps:

  1. Finding any new Developments published on the various Regulatory Sources from any Jurisdiction where the regulated company does business.
  2. Reading and Analyzing each Development to see if it changes the current Obligations for a company or creates a new Obligation
  3. Documenting any new or changed Obligation for the company.
  4. Publishing the documentation.
